On October 5th, 2020, the City of Portland sent a letter of notice about the adoption of the Safety Net Program passesd by City Council. The Safety Net Program included options for employees to take reduced schedules, furloughs, early retirement, and other options without losing out on benefits.

Attached you will find the agreement that was reached and the details of each option available to employees and Union Members.
