We have started using the "authenticated user" feature on zoom and although it has worked very well there have been a few hiccups, please register ASAP when you get the link to insure we get you connected to the call.

There is much to update people on so please look for an email tomorrow and the link to join tomorrow's call. The schedule moving forward will be the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays @ 7:00 pm with our Executive board meeting 30 minutes prior.

We will have an abbreviated agenda as we adapt to holding our meetings in the Zoom format. We can go over basic meeting rules and processes at the start of the meeting.

This will be a online Zoom Meeting that can host up to 300 members where there will be updates and opportunity for Q and A as well. We will continue to make updates on Membership Mondays as  the State of Emergency continues.

Meetings are not public and membership is a requirement of attendance.

Meeting registration links will be posted to the 189 website, we will use the Zoom registration & authenticated user function to confirm membership.

If you are dialing in we will ask those phone numbers to ID themselves. Unidentifiable participants and Non-members will be removed from the meeting.
