Rob is in his 20th year with the City of Portland and works in the Portland Water Bureau as a Water Operations Mechanic (crew leader). His service in 189 includes being a Shop Steward, Trustee, Executive Vice President (2012-2016), and President of the Local since January of 2017. Rob has also served on two DCTU bargaining teams for the 2013-17 and 2017-20 contracts.
